I like building things — sometimes that means art, sometimes technology, sometimes an event, and sometimes simply finding a better way to solve a problem.
My work tends to happen where creativity, people, technology and community overlap. I ask a lot of questions, learn from the people around me, and turn ideas into things that actually work.
I don't need to have every answer before starting. Sometimes the best place to begin is: 'I don't know. Let's figure it out together.'

Curiosity isn't a personality quirk — it's a method. The best conversations I've had started with someone admitting they didn't have it figured out yet.
I ask a lot of questions. I learn from the people around me. I think problems get more interesting when you bring in a perspective that has nothing to do with the problem.
